Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyPokerClubs mobile application or website at mypokerclubs.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyPokerClubs provides tools for running poker clubs, including but not limited to: tournament management, seating engines, blind clocks, league leaderboards, TV display mode, push notifications, and promotional template designs. The Service is intended for lawful, recreational poker play and club management only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Service for real-money gambling is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. MyPokerClubs does not facilitate real-money transactions and is not a gambling platform.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@mypokerclubs.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of MyPokerClubs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Promotional template designs purchased through our Etsy shop are licensed for personal and club use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any template design.

7. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. Your feedback during this period is valuable and may be used to improve the Service. We make no guarantees about the availability or stability of the Service during beta.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPOKERCLUBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPOKERCLUBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our Etsy shop, Apple TestFlight, or Google Play). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
